Some of the positions which we need to fill immediately are mentioned below for your reference :

1. Centre Manager/Branch Manager Sales & Business Development

Work Experience : Prior work experience in the services industry or a coaching institute or foreign education consultancy firm is highly recommended but, is not a pre-requisite for a deserving candidate who has displayed his/her abilities in the past with previous employers. Must be able to extract maximum from the team and perform and lead by setting high standards for subordinates.

Education : Must be a graduate with a PG Diploma or degree in management or HR with excellent communication skills in English and local language.

2. Counsellor :

Work Experience : Prior work experience in the services industry or foreign education consultancy firm is recommended. But, is not a pre-requisite for a deserving candidate who has displayed his/her abilities in the past with previous employers in the services and consultancy business. Must be able to extract maximum from the team and perform.

Education : Prefferably be a graduate with a Diploma or degree in management or HR. A deserving candidate with excellent communication skills in English and local language may be preffered if the above education is criteria is not met.

3. Faculty of IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT or SAT

Work Experience : Prior work experience in the test prep education for GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS or TOEFL is compulsary. A high score in GRE, GMAT, SAT or IELTS is highly recommended. But, is not a pre-requisite for a deserving candidate who has displayed his/her abilities in the past with previous employers in the test prep and coaching services. Must be able to satisfy the students from academic point of view.

Education : Must be a post graduate with a Diploma or degree in Mathematics or English. A deserving candidate with excellent classroom environment teaching skills may be preffered.
