Step 1: Follow general practices to improve your English

Step 4: Sit back and relax
On the day before your exam relax yourself down. Read the important instructions for the candidates given, before taking up the test. Take proper rest. Revise all the exercises once. Make sure to wake up on time and reach the location of your exam. Take a deep breath before your exam starts and get rid of all the anxiety. Once that is done you can start your exam with complete focus.
